We publish no client references, no testimonials and no business figures. Our clients’ situations remain between them and us. It is the firm’s first rule.

Before an initial meeting.

How does the initial consultation work?

45 minutes, by video call, to understand your situation and what you are looking for. The firm will call you back within one working day to arrange it.

Should I prepare any documents for the initial consultation?

Yes, a few documents make the conversation more concrete: your latest tax notice, your investment contracts and their latest statements (assurance-vie, the French life insurance wrapper; PER, the French retirement savings plan; securities account; PEA, the French equity savings plan), together with a summary of your loans and your property. Depending on your situation, your pension record, or your company’s articles of association and latest balance sheet, may also be useful. Simply have them to hand during the consultation; an incomplete file does not prevent this first conversation. The firm will then let you know which documents are needed as the engagement proceeds.

Is there a charge for the initial consultation?

No. It is not charged and carries no obligation. Any fees for an engagement are agreed in writing before any work begins.

Are you tied to a bank or an insurer?

Zolias is not owned by any bank or insurer. The firm is a Financial Investment Adviser, an insurance broker and an agent of an insurance intermediary; it may receive commissions from the institutions whose products it distributes. This form of remuneration is set out in the initial disclosure document and in the engagement letter.
